Yes, I offer df and gf options (for a full order). Please note, these options are for a dietary preference rather than severe allergy. As I use the same kitchen facility and equipment for all my cookies, there might be potential cross-contact of food allergens or gluten.
Due to the nature of the product, we don't offer any refunds or returns once the order is placed. No refunds will be made for orders that have already been made. Any cookies that are left for 14 days after the pickup date will be forfeited with no refund.
If you already placed an order and have an emergency cancellation of your event, please get in touch and we can discuss the options.
Yes, I ship my cookies nation wide with an overnight courier and also offer international shipment.
You can pay via bank transfer or credit card/Afterpay (there is a 3% surcharge for credit card payment).
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking with the remaining payment due 14 days prior to the delivery date.
I operate from my registered, A-grade kitchen in Kumeu, Auckland.
