ORDERS AND PURCHASES
1. All purchases are final.
2. Due to the nature of product, we don’t offer any returns or refunds. Any cookies that are left for 14 days after the pickup date will be forfeited with no refund.
3. For custom orders every effort is made to align to you desired designs however Cookoo Sweets will not remake, refund, or discount when designs/cookies do not match expectations.
4. By filling in the inquiry and contact forms, you allow and give rights to Cookoo Sweets to send you marketing and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from these emails in the link at the bottom of the email or contact Cookoo Sweets directly with a written request via email or Contact Us form.
FULFILMENT, SHIPPING/DELIVERY, AND PICKUP
1. To maintain fair and good service to all customers, orders are fulfilled in a first-in-first-served manner. Orders will always be fulfilled early enough to ensure delivery in normal circumstances but Cookoo Sweets cannot fulfil orders earlier or out-of-order.
2. Every effort is made to package cookies to prevent damage however Cookoo Sweets accepts no responsibility for damage to cookies during shipping as has no control over packaging handling once it leaves our premises.
3. Cookoo Sweets uses overnight courier delivery with NZ Post and will always ship early enough to account for potential delays during normal circumstances, however Cookoo Sweets is not responsible for any courier delays as it is outside of our control.
4. While Cookoo Sweets adjusts fulfilment and delivery requirements whenever there is any active COVID-19 restrictions, delivery based delays are not Cookoo Sweets responsibility.
5. Per NZ Post ownership of packages passes to the receiver when they are handed to NZ Post by Cookoo Sweets. Cookoo Sweets will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order but is not authorised to alter delivery details or any other similar activities once shipped.
6. When orders are for Pickup you are required to use the COVID-19 scanner placed adjacent to pickup point and follow the COVID-19 rules and regulations.
